Day 9
Interesting rock patterns near the lighthouse.
Lobster Boat in the fog.
Black Guillemot
A little background on the early days here at Pemaquid. A cod fishery was set up here at the same time as Jamestown was settled. An island off the peninsula is named John's Island, for John Smith, who explored the area here.
Lunch near the shore, in the sun for a change, the first time I've seen blue skies in the last four days.
Looking the other way - the fog moving in.
Seagull Shop breakfast with an ocean view.
Two old menus, not sure of dates.
